Abstract

One of the main pillars for the socioeconomic and cultural development of modern societies is scientific knowledge. Scientific research is in the days current and undoubtedly a fundamental and essential equipment for the promotion of a society equipped and prepared for the future. And for there to be scientific investigation it is necessary to discuss issues that contradict and prevent this process.
